SHADOW DEFENSE is a combination of Defender, Pushing back the Night and Shadow Warrior.
One would have thought that Shadow warrior would not have needed support however we have found that the essence seems to benefit from inclusion of Spike Thorne (Platbos) to increase its activity when it appears not to hold after a period of time and the Shadow appears to return regularly.
The inclusion of PBN is because it then creates a powerful temple of support and if there is evidence of serious low energy activity then the use of the Shadow defence should be considered.
