Additionally, from July 1st 2009 all AHA Professional Members have now “Provider Status” with Medibank Private. People with insurance cover for homeopathy via Medibank are therefore able to claim rebates for consultations with AHA professional Members.

Fee Structure –

New adult patient: $235 for initial consultation which usually will last approximately 1 – 1 ½ hrs. This fee includes general remedies. Special remedies, tinctures, essences or supplements required will be billed separately.

Adult Follow-up Appointment: $115 Follow-up appointments will take 30-45 mins & will initially take take place 2-3 weeks after initial consultation.It is important to feedback observations following initial prescription in order that remedy response may be assessed & adjusted if needed. This initial review takes place 2-3 weeks after the first appointment & then on average, monthly for 3-4 months or until symptoms have improved. We request that follow-up appointments are booked in advance to ensure appointment availability. Jane is usually booked out 3-4 weeks in advance.

Student – New Appointment – $175 for initial consultation which will last 1-1 1/2 hrs.Special remedies, tinctures, essences or supplements required will be billed separately. The follow-up appointment will usually last 30-40 mins.

New Child patient: $150 for initial consultation which will last approximately 1 hr. This fee includes general remedies & any telephone/e-mail contact between appointments. Special remedies, tinctures, essences or supplements required will be billed separately. For multiple children/ back to back appointments i.e if parent has 2 children being seen together – sibling appointments are $75 per sibling

Acute Consultations ($55 for a 15 min appointment) – Includes all prescribed remedies except special orders & tinctures

NES Provision Scan together with Mi-Health application – 45 min Scan with Mi-Health & access to patient portal for health reports & supporting information $165 – this needs to be taken alongside full consultation for health history & medical background. Existing patients ie follow up will be billed adult follow-up fee & special rate of $110 for NES.
