Vital Light brings that energy up into a higher spiritual perspective and action. As Vital Core has Amethyst essence added to it, we decided to add Amethyst to this new essence, to create the energetic bridge between the two. Adrian agreed, and so the 3rd member of this important Trio of essences was created: Vital Clarity.
To gain the fullest benefit of this Trio, one should take Vital Core on the first day, and then take Vital Clarity on the next day, followed by Vital Light on the 3rd day. One can then repeat this cycle for 3 weeks.
